Biography
Ciara Csanadi was born in Natick, Massachusetts and relocated to Redington Beach, Florida with her family in 1994. Ciara completed The International Baccalaureate Program at St. Petersburg High School, attaining her IB diploma. Ciara attended The Florida State University from 2001-2004, graduating Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor's Degree in Biological Sciences, minor in Chemistry. Ciara also completed an Honors in the Major thesis entitled: The osmoregulatory systems in guard cells. After graduation, Ciara became a licensed real estate agent in the state of Florida, working in that field while attending The Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) in New York City. IIN is a certification school in Holistic Health and after this 8-month program, Ciara graduated as a certified Holistic Health Counselor. In 2006, Ciara relocated to Knoxville, TN to continue her studies in the field of Nutrition at The University of Tennessee (UT). She graduated Magna Cum Laude with her second Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition in 2008 and entered a graduate program in Nutrition Science that fall. Ciara completed the Dietetic Internship at UT in August 2010 and graduated with her Master's in Nutrition Science in December 2010. Her graduate thesis was entitled: The effects of leucine on fatty acid oxidation in chronically active males.
